What Makes up a Good, Nutritious, Balanced, Daily Diet During Pregnancy?
Home4Birth serves women with a wide variety of diets. We serve families who are vegan, vegetarian, omnivorous, pescatarian, paleo, and many more.
We prefer a mother eat whole foods. We recommend a diet with lots of vegetables, preferably made at home. If you eat grains, please make sure they are whole grains.
Ideally, choose as much organic food as possible.
